The Ward construction team are phenomenal!! We used them to replace our kitchen countertops,  install new sink and fixtures and new stove top.  Our project manager was Nick Mckillop.  He was exceptional to work with and ensured all our concerns were addressed. Nick, Jason and Blake went above and beyond to ensure exceptional, quality work. Ward worked with their supplier of countertops which enabled us to choose the perfect countertops.  They were exceptional to work with and provided valuable information. Jason Marks and the Ward Construction team are the best in the business! I required extensive work in my parent's crawlspace. Jason evaluated the space, gave us an estimate of cost and timeframe. We had Ward Construction replace the flooring in our house. This is the second project they have done at our house. Our project manager was Nick and he was great. Ward Construction remodeled our master bath, put in a new backsplash in our kitchen, and put down new floors throughout the first floor of our home.  Along the way, they also discovered how to make a closet three times the size it was (YES!!), and found added space in other places. We had Ward Construction replace our front door , Strom door and side panels. There was a little trouble getting the door delivered. Once they had the door the job was done in a day and a half ( painters came after a few days ) . Very clean very professional, the two gentleman that did the work could not have been friendlier. I had a girder that was rotten from old termite damage and making my floor dip down. They replaced 7 feet of old girder as well as sister a joist to ensure the girder replacement was done properly. Job was done in less than a day, too. Fantastic crew and wonderful communication from start to finish! I had water damage to my floor that extended to the joist. The repair included repairing joists, replacing subfloor, replacing and refinishing hardwoods, and replacing the door and door frame. This was structural work that needed to be done right. It was! I received a written estimate that was accurate, and easy to read. It was one of three that I had and was in line with the other two. Payment was easy. The office, contractors, and everyone who came to my house communicated well, there were no language barriers. They showed up on time (important for me), were neat, respectful, and courteous, and completed the task on time. Our door window leaked with the heavy rain from Hurricane Ian, which was a defect in the door- not the construction work. Ward replaced the door quickly without a hassle.
